to be creative when finishing them up. I like to use pinking shears when finishing the edges. Pretty ribbon to match, lace, or raffia
can be used to tie around the lid when finished. I also like to tie a small gift or trinket that suits the occasion to the jar when
tying it up.
When adding the food to the jars, try to ensure that
it goes in neatly. Use different colored candies when it suits the occasion. I like to also change the chocolate
chips to other flavored chips sometimes.
If you are having trouble fitting all of the ingredients
in the jars, I have found that it works better to use a wide mouth jar instead of the small ones. Make sure you also are compacting
the ingredients down as you go.
